Who we are

What data we collect

When you purchase an advertising slot, we collect:

• Brand / Name — to display your slot on the billboard
• Short description — to display on your slot
• URL — to link your slot to your website
• Email address — for account communication and subscription management
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

• Contract performance — to provide the advertising service you subscribed to
• Consent — by submitting the purchase form you consent to your brand information being displayed publicly on the billboard
• Legitimate interest — to communicate with you about your subscription

Data processors

Stripe, Inc. processes all payments. Stripe is GDPR-compliant. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. We set a single session cookie to remember your cookie preference.

Your rights (GDPR)

The service

WorldmapID provides a digital advertising slot on a single global public billboard. By purchasing a slot, you are renting a visible space. [Company legal name, VAT number, and registered address to be added before launch.]

Subscription and billing

• All plans are monthly subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. in EUR.
• You may cancel at any time — your slot remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.

Prohibited content

Slots may not promote illegal products or services, harmful, hateful or discriminatory content, deceptive or misleading advertising, adult content, gambling, or regulated financial products without appropriate licences.

Moderation

All slots are subject to review before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any slot that violates these Terms, without refund.

Limitation of liability

WorldmapID does not guarantee any specific number of visitors, clicks, or commercial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldmapID shall not be liable for loss of revenue or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain.
